Shipping Policy 

Source for Stone is dedicated to setting expectations and providing our clients with all the required shipping information in advance of placing an order. Here’s a detailed overview of how we ship our products, third party services we use, our shipping fees, estimated delivery times, and more. 

SHIPPING PRODUCTS  
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in great condition. While assembling your order we do our best to protect the product from potential damage that can occur during transit. 

Cartons 
No matter how small or big the order, all of our stone veneer cartons will be placed on a pallet and wrapped thoroughly to ensure their safety during transportation. So, expect your product to arrive with a pallet! Our pallets are easily broken down with the help of a claw hammer.  

Sample Boards  
Due to the potential rough handling while in transit, we thoroughly wrap our samples in bubble wrap to help ensure they arrive in great condition.  

THIRD PARTY SERVICES
We have partnered with Canadian Stone Industries (CSI) to carry out the picking and loading of all Source for Stone orders.  

Cartons 
Pallets are transported and delivered through the use of third-party LTL carriers.  

Samples  
Samples will be delivered through the use of third-party courier services.  

SHIPPING FEES
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees, which will vary depending on the weight and shipping address. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Typically, orders will be assembled and dispatched within 2 business days following the purchase date. The estimated transit time for your order varies depending on your location within Canada, but will generally range from 1 to 9 days from the shipping date. 

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your shipment up until it reaches your doorstep. 

DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances or external factors may occasionally cause delays. We will make every effort to inform you promptly should we be made aware of any delays. 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at info@sourceforstone.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed and shipped. 

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
In the unfortunate event that your shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work towards a resolution to ensure your satisfaction.
