Written Return and Refund Policy

At Source for Stone, we want you to feel comfortable with your purchase decision and understand that natural stone products are unique and may exhibit variations in color, pattern, texture, and veining due to their natural origins. To ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase, we strongly recommend ordering a sample board to view the stone in person before finalizing your selection.  Source for Stone may accept product returns if requested within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Return Request

If you are unhappy with your stone, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it. 
  • The product must be in its original packaging.  

If a return request is approved, you are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return, and the material is subject to a 25% restock fee.  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note, returns requested after the 14 day window will not be accepted. 

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will assess the condition and process your refund accordingly. If accepted, return credits will be completed within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the returned products.  The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will receive a notification once the refund has been processed. 

In the rare instance where your order arrives damaged or the incorrect product has been shipped, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and providing a satisfactory solution.  Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order and we will look to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
